1. Introduction

Welcome to Alignedge. By accessing or using our services, all of our Client agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Alignedge offers the following services:

  • 3D Product Animation

  • 3D Product Visualization

  • Packaging Design

  • Branding Services

Each project is customized to meet individual client requirements as outlined in the specific project proposal or agreement.

3. Project Engagement

3.1 Initiation

  • Quotation: Upon request, we will provide a detailed quotation outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and associated fees for your project.

  • Acceptance: A project commences upon your written acceptance of the quotation and payment of the required deposit.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

  • Information Provision: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the project, including but not limited to design briefs, reference materials, and timely feedback.

  • Asset Supply: Any assets required from your end, such as logos, product images, or brand guidelines, should be supplied promptly to avoid project delays.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A 50% upfront deposit is required before project commencement. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to allocate resources accordingly.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the delivery of final files.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via [Payoneer or Bank deposit].

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and could delay project delivery.

5. Revisions and Modifications

  • Included Revisions: Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.

  • Additional Revisions: Further revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

  • Scope Changes: Significant changes to the project scope after commencement may require a revised quotation and could impact timelines and costs.

6. Project Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Project timelines will be outlined in the quotation. Standard delivery times may vary based on project complexity.

  • Client Delays: Delays in providing feedback, assets, or approvals may result in adjusted delivery schedules. If a project is inactive for more than three (3) months due to client delays, we reserve the right to invoice for work completed up to that point.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, you are granted ownership of the final deliverables. However, Alignedge retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Source Files: Source files (e.g., 3D models, project files) are not included in the final deliverables unless explicitly stated in the agreement. Provision of source files may incur additional fees.

8. Confidentiality

  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

  • Non-Disclosure: We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request to further protect sensitive information.

9. Termination and Cancellation

  • By Client: If you choose to cancel the project after work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, you will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the value of the deposit.

  • By Alignedge: We reserve the right to terminate the project if you fail to meet your obligations, including timely payments and provision of necessary information. In such cases, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Alignedge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
